Peru celebrated one of its most iconic cocktails, the irresistible Pisco Sour, crafted from the country’s signature spirit—pisco.
The vibrant celebration took place at the legendary Café La Trova, one of South Florida’s finest dining destinations and a true Miami landmark. The event was organized by the Consulate General of Peru in Miami, bringing together Peruvians and friends from across Latin America to toast with Caravedo Pisco, one of the finest selections from Peru.
Café La Trova proved the perfect setting for the occasion, offering delightful finger bites such as Focaccia Lechón Sliders, Creamy Mushroom Croquetas, and Vaca Frita Sliders. It was a joyous celebration blending the rich culinary traditions of Peru and Cuba, all in one unforgettable experience.
